Jewelry Care:

To prevent scratches and tarnishing and to keep your piece looking brand new, we recommend that you store your piece separately in a soft pouch or in an enclosed lined jewelry box. We strongly advise against: swimming, showering, sleeping or exercising while wearing your jewelry. Do not expose jewelry to household cleaning agents or cosmetics such as foundations, perfumes, hairsprays and to excessive heat. To clean, gently wipe with a lint free cloth that has been dampened with warm water or lightly polish using a commercial silver polishing cloth.

Refund/Return Policy:

We hope you are happy with your piece. However, in case you want to return, Josanne Mark Ltd. accepts them for EXCHANGES or STORE CREDIT within 14 days of receipt of goods. Your store credit will be valid for one year. We do not provide refunds on purchases outside of Trinidad and Tobago. To return an item, please email sales@josannemark.com for a return authorization (RA) code and return address information. Returns shipped without an RA code will be returned to sender at their expense. All shipping, handling and expediting charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse a return and items must be returned in the condition received in its original packaging. Any returned items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer.
